Get Moving!

We know you’ve heard it before: Get physically active. We also recognize that when you feel overwhelmed and exhausted, exercise isn’t even a blip on your radar. But you need it! (We all need it — it relates endorphins that help to alleviate depression for one thing!). To help get you and keep you motivated, try wearing an activity tracker; you may be surprised at how many steps you take in a day. This can be both encouraging and can help boost your energy levels. Take walks, even if it’s just around the house or apartment. Stretch, dance (the music helps get you going) or try some chair calisthenics using cans from the pantry as weights. Mixing it up helps too. Do one thing a day, yet each day different according to your mood.

What Matters Most? You move every day to keep your endurance up
